About

Built by someone who
sat in your chair.

JustAgents wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It came out of years inside real businesses, watching brilliant owners lose their evenings to work a machine should be doing.

Where this started

I didn't set out to build an AI company.

For years I've done one thing: gone into real businesses - salons, barbershops, restaurants, wholesalers, clinics, trades - and built whatever they actually needed, end to end. Websites, booking systems, online ordering, payment flows, lead funnels. Proper systems, shipped, not decks.

You learn something doing that up close, over and over, that you never learn from an office: it's almost never the craft that's drowning the owner. The food is great. The fades are sharp. The work is good. What's drowning them is everything around the work.

The pattern

Every business, the same ghost shift.

The phone rings out while their hands are busy, and that missed call books somewhere else. The inbox has the same five questions in it every single morning. Fridays are for chasing invoices with an apologetic voice. No-shows eat the diary. A contract lands and sits unread for a week because who has an hour spare to read clause 8.2?

I'd hand over a beautiful new website and watch the same thing happen: the site did its job, the enquiries came in - and then they hit the owner's phone at 9pm, after a twelve-hour day, and sat there until midnight. I kept building better front doors for businesses whose real problem was that nobody was on the desk behind it.

The false fixes

The tools made it worse, not better.

We tried what everyone tries. Another app to check. A generic chatbot that embarrassed the business the first time it invented a price. Software that called itself an assistant but was really another dashboard the owner now had to manage on top of everything else.

That was the realisation: these businesses don't need more tools. Tools are things you operate. They needed what big companies have always had - staff for the boring work. A receptionist. Someone on the inbox. Someone chasing the money. They just can't hire five people to do it.

So we built it

Agents that work like staff, built like our client systems.

JustAgents is that fix, built the only way we know how to build: end to end, around one business at a time. Your agents learn your services, your prices, your hours, your tone. They answer your phone, clear your inbox, fill your calendar, chase your invoices, read your paperwork - and every one of them starts in Approve mode, so nothing reaches a customer until you've seen it.

It's the thing I wished I could hand over with every website: not another app for the owner to run, but a team that runs the boring work for them - for a daily cost cheaper than the flat white they drink while not answering emails anymore.

How we work

The rules we don't break.

01

Custom or nothing

No templates, no off-the-shelf bot with your logo on it. Every agent is built around one business: yours. If it doesn't know your prices, your hours and your tone, it isn't finished.

02

Nothing goes out without you

Every agent starts in Approve mode. You see every draft before it sends, and Autopilot is a switch you flip per agent once it has earned it. Trust is the product.

03

Staff, not software

Your agents have names, jobs and shifts - and you can rename any of them. Your receptionist can be Priya, not Echo. A tool is something you have to operate. Staff just handle it.

04

Built end to end by one team

The same UK team that scopes your agents designs them, builds them, ships them and keeps them sharp. No handoffs, no ticket queue, no 'that's a different department'.
