Who we are

JustAgents ("we") is the AI agents studio operated by Titan Studio AI Ltd, registered in England & Wales. We build and operate AI agents for businesses, and we are the data controller for information collected through https://justagents.co. Contact: agents@justagents.co.

What we collect

Contact details and business information you submit through our brief and contact forms; usage analytics; and, for customers, the business content used to build your Business Brain. We collect nothing you don't give us.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. Your Business Brain is isolated per business and never used to train agents for anyone else. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis & your rights

We process data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 on the bases of contract, legitimate interest and consent. You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing agents@justagents.co. You may also complain to the ICO.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit logging.
