How to request deletion

Email team@justagents.co with your business name and a request to delete your data. If the email address you write from isn't the one on your account, tell us which one is, so we can verify it's you.

What happens next

We delete your data within 30 days of a verified request and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account, your Business Brain documents, conversation history with your agents, your contacts, and any connected integration tokens (Google, Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Xero and similar).

What we keep

Invoices and related records we're required to keep by UK law, for the period the law requires. Nothing else is retained.
